Workers Compensation
Our firm offers over 15 years of workers’ compensation experience,
representing both Employees and Employers at arbitration, and on
review and appeal. This gives us a unique perspective which is
not shared by other law firms. The fact that we have worked for
both Petitioners and Respondents gives us broader experiences which
enables us to help our clients see the whole picture. Our representation
of employees helps our employer clients by being better able to
explain workers’ compensation to employees who are not represented
by attorneys, and by establishing a healthy relationship with their
employees, to encourage pre-trial settlements. This, in turn, reduces
defense costs and reduces claims made.
Currently, we represent Eaton Electrical, in Lincoln, Illinois,
and Indiana Insurance, a part of Liberty Mutual Group, in their
defense of workers’ compensation cases.
